Mr. Zeb Feng , Head of Global Procurement Services Greater China, SABIC

Mr. Zeb Feng is currently assuming the role of Head of Global Procurement Services Greater China, SABIC, which he undertook in 2013. Zeb oversees SABIC’s procurement strategies & operation in the region, covering all manufacturing plants, commercial offices, corporate research & development center and capital projects in the region. Zeb is also leading procurement initiatives for the recent procurement transformation program, including organizational restructuring, new enterprise resource planning system implementation, strategic category management and emerging market sourcing for SABIC.

Prior to assuming this role, Zeb had over 18 years’
experience with Owens Corning, General Electric, DuPont and BP, assuming various Supply Management leadership roles for those companies operation in the region. Zeb’s last role prior to joining SABIC was Procurement Director for BP Asia Pacific. Zeb also had 11 years’ experience with Shanghai Institute of Building Materials (now merged into Tongji University) as a university teacher.

Zeb received a B.S. degree in Physical Chemistry from Fudan University and a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science & Technology.

Zeb is also the board member and vice chair of ISM China.
