Primary responsibility is state oil&gas regulating in Russia, strategic planning, foresight and forecast of energy development in Russia and in the world. Alexey’s previous roles as Deputy General Director in the Institute for Energy Strategy (2008-2013) and Head of Gas Department in the Institute of Natural Monopolies Research contributes to his in-depth knowledge of the key strategic problems in Russian Energy Sector. He was take part of the expert team for developing The Energy Strategy of Russia up to 2030 and The General Scheme of oil industry development of Russia up to 2035. Member of some expert councils under the Ministry of Energy, including Interdepartmental Working Group of Experts on Interaction with the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF). The author of the more than 100 publications in the different international and Russian leading economic reviews.
