Mr. Jian Guo is Country Manager, NORWEP (Norwegian Oil & Gas Partners) China from 2007. He has responsible for promoting the Norwegian oil & gas, Offshore Shipbuilding and Offshore Wind Industry in China. NORWEP, led by the Norwegian Petroleum and Energy Ministry, half industrial and half governmental, non-profit organization with more than 280 members, covering the entire value chain of the Norwegian energy industry.
