Saudi Aramco has delayed the bid process on a multibillion-dollar deal for the fourth expansion phase of the company's huge Jafurah unconventional gas field.

The Jafurah development is likely to be worth upwards of $100 billion and is strategic to SAudi Arabia’s ambition to scale up domestic gas production and free up additional barrels of oil for export.

The Saudi state giant continues to prioritise the phased development of the project, with multiple contracts lined up for the huge development.
