Recently, Dr. Frank Xing, Director of Strategy Planning and Procurement in Wanhua Chemical Group confirmed to be one of the keynote speakers of the 10th Conference and Exhibition - China Sourcing Summit On Petroleum & Chemical Equipment (CSSOPE 2020), to be held on 17-18 December, 2020 in Hangzhou China.

Dr. Frank Xing was educated in China for his bachelor and master degrees in Polymer Materials and Engineering, and then obtained his Ph. D. and MBS degrees in Canada. He currently is Director of Strategy Planning and Procurement in Wanhua Chemical Group.  Prior to joining Wanhua, Dr. Xing worked in Canada, US, Mexico and China for companies like Huntsman and Royal Group Of Technologies holding a variety of senior  positions.

The main business of Wanhua Chemical is the R&D, production and sales of PU series products, like isocyanate and polyol; the series petrochemical products, like PO/AE; the functioning materials of water-based coatings and the specialty chemicals.
