Of the Han nationality, Mr.Shi Yonghong was born in Inner Mongolia in March, 1964. He started work in August 1988 with a Master’s Degree.

From August 1988 to April 1992, he worked in the Office for Inspection of Imported Electro-Mechanical Equipment of the State Council.

From April 1992 to December 1997, he worked in the State Office for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products.

From December 1997 to September 1998, he worked as Deputy Director of the General Office of the State Office for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products.

From September 1998 to February 1999, he acted as Deputy Director in the Department of Import and Export of Electro-Mechanical Industry of MOFTEC.

From February 1999 to June 2000, he served as secretary (at Deputy Director level) in the General Office of MOFTEC.

From June 2000 to June 2001, he worked as Deputy Director in the Department of Import and Export of Electro-Mechanical Industry of MOFTEC.

From June 2001 to October 2004, he worked at Department of Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation of Tibet Autonomous Region.

In October 2004 to December 2005, he worked as a researcher at Department of Import and Export of Electro-Mechanical Industry of MOFCOM.

From December 2005 to December 2010, he worked as Director at Department of Import and Export of Electro-Mechanical Industry of MOFCOM.

From December 2010 till now, he worked as Vice President of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME).
